During dinner, guests sit at long tables and enjoy a live performance of Madeira Folklore Dancers, showcasing Madeira’s traditional dance that mirrors the historical rural labor and patterns, such as the bending under imaginary loads of sugar cane or bananas, and grape-stomping rhythms. These dances have roots in Moorish history and Northern Portuguese influences.
Post-dinner, audience participation is encouraged, inviting everyone to join the dancers on stage for an immersive cultural experience.
